...

today had been wonderful. we took a different turn going to jollibee for take-out lunch. the new street have houses that screamed, we were once glorious and beautiful. today, these old houses were just reminiscents of the past- that this city had been once abounding with money. and harvest and farming was great. miko saw one house with a huge living room and exclaimed that anyone can go roller blading inside that living room. most of them houses were made of wood. thin vertical planks, that could've been protected from wearing out with paint and yearly restoration. the hugest one we saw was made of concrete and clearly, one can see that it's from the 80's architecture. i don't know much about designs and wood and concrete, but, anyone can learn from the city's past with the things-like houses bearing witness to what has had been. iloveyou angelo. "From then onward we talked but said nothing. Coming between us we could see the screen that is formed by those smooth words, those echoes of the everyday we give voice to; the verbal liquid with which we feel obliged, without knowing why, to fill the silence. With stupefaction I discovered that talking was in fact the best way of saying nothing about the essential. Whereas to express it one would have to articulate words in quite a different way, whisper them, weave them into the sounds of evening, into the rays of the sunset."
