Since it's a Sunday, I might just post something I recalled..
That a good wife never leaves her husband. She has to pray and pray until the bad husband leaves.
This command is a bit one-sided. Because even in the situation when your husband is physically abusive, you don't ask him to leave. You say, stop hurting/hitting me. But all you can do is wait for him to leave you. Until things will be okay- without him.
It's tough being a woman then.But you know, the God that we serve and who loves us knows better. He may not be fair the whole time but He is just. (:
